2015 NZFMR celebrating Howden Ganley Dates Announced

The 2015 New Zealand Festival of Motor Racing celebrating Howden Ganley dates have been announced.  Historic Formula Fords are being invited to form a grid for the first weekend, being 16-18 January 2015.

Howden Ganley participated in 41 World Championship Formula One Grands Prix, debuting on 6 March 1971 following a successful F5000 European season in 1970 where he finished runner up to Peter Gethin.  Howden scored a total of 10 championship points throughout his time in Formula One.

Howden also went on to form Tiga Race Cars with Australian Tim Schenken, started in 1974 and based in the UK, and included the manufacture of Formula Fords.
